Durable Power of Attorney: $75

Estate Planning Package: $400/individual, $600/couple. Includes all estate planning documents listed above.
Revocable Trust Package: $2,000, includes all estate planning documents listed above
Irrevocable Trust Package: $3,500, includes all estate planning documents listed above
Real Estate Deeds: $200 plus recording costs
Asset Protection
Traditional estate planning does not historically include asset protection planning to address the risk of long-term care expenses. As a CELA, Jennifer has the specific experience and education to offer you a calculated analysis of your options to help you choose the right plan for you and your loved ones.
Fee Schedule:
Financial Analysis: $350
Flat Rate for Crisis Plan: $6,900 for unlimited hours with financial calculations, recommendations, Medicaid/VA applications, Irrevocable Trust package, Verification process, and state hearing assistance, if applicable
Hourly Rates:

$225/hour Certified Paralegal
