Estate and Elder Planning

History

Jennifer Sitterley began her career in 2009 at her family’s firm, Sitterley, Vandervoort & Davis, Ltd., located in Lancaster, Ohio. For nearly 10 years, she worked alongside her father, Bill Sitterley, and two cousins, Craig and Jeff Vandervoort.

After a decade of dedication to issues that impact older adults, Jennifer uncovered a passion for elder law services. Her growth in the specialized area of practice inspired Jennifer’s decision to branch out in a new venture focused on elder care law.

Jennifer officially founded Sitterley Law, LLC in the summer of 2019. Her modern, welcoming practice is located in the historic Mithoff building in Lancaster, Ohio. The landmark location was recently revitalized by local entrepreneur, Brad Hutchinson, into a contemporary space that pays homage to Lancaster’s history.

Sitterley Law, LLC includes the insightful perspectives of paralegals Melissa Paxton and Heather Malinowski. Our team brings compassionate, client-focused legal services with an emphasis on providing thorough information and options to Fairfield County and surrounding areas.
